What payment methods do you accept?
 At the LOT webshop, you can pay via credit card, Ideal (for those living in the Netherlands), and Paypal. Also, the LOT gift card is a perfect way for you to purchase your new essentials or maybe a great present for someone you love!

Is my payment information secure?
 Yes, our website is secured! We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for all personal information during every transaction.

Gift cards are non-refundable, may not be redeemed for cash value and cannot be exchanged. Gift cards can be used on sales items.

Can I cancel my order?

If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at and we will make every effort to adjust or cancel your order. 

Please note that our shipping can take place on the same day, so if your order already has been processed we will follow the return policy

Can I track my order?
We offer tracking on all shipments. Please note that you will only receive it once your order has been processed and shipped, which can take up to three working days.

Shipping & Returns

Where does LOT ship to?
Yes, we ship around the globe.
Returns are not sustainable, so first we ask you to choose carefully and if in doubt, contact us with your question. But yes, we understand that sometime a products doesn’t seem to be as you expected or doesn’t fit.

Therefore we have a simple, no-fuss return process. We will gladly refund or exchange new, unused essentials purchased from LOT web shop. 

Please send an e-mail to if you wish to return something. We will send back the instructions. The shipping fees linked to returning items will not be covered by LOT.
