Return and refunds policy

We want to give you the best experience possible at Labels of Tomorrow. Therefore, we have a simple, no-fuss return process. We will gladly give you a refund on your purchase or exchange your new, unused travel goods purchased from the LOT web-shop.

Of course, we are sad to hear you wish to return your product(s), but no worries we won’t give you a hard time over it.

We do have some requirements when it comes to returning:

  • We only accept returns notified to us by e-mail (hello@labelsoftomorrow.com)
  • This needs to be done within 14 days after your purchase. After that, you have 14 days to return the product.
  • The product(s) need to be sent back in new conditions, not used and undamaged.
  • Last but not least, we wish to receive the returned items in the original packaging, including all tags. We will use those again, so it’s better for the environment.

The shipping fees for returning the product are not refunded by LOT. If it’s an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping your new travel goods to you!

Once you have requested a return, we will send back to you the detailed instruction by e-mail.

*Unfortunately, only regular priced items can be refunded, items on sale not.
